Digital marketing helps client achieve highest occupancy rates ever

As a leading business accommodation provider in the South East, CapitalSpace turned to Sharp Minds to create engaging digital marketing to help drive up occupancy rates in their nine business centres.  18 months on and they are enjoying their highest occupancy rates ever: of their 612 units, there are only 16 vacancies. 

CapitalSpace had a very clear objective: to reduce the number of their offices, workshops and studios that are empty at any one time – but they had two distinct audiences that they had to reach to help them achieve this goal.  Firstly, they needed to boost SEO and brand awareness among potential clients (small- and medium-sized companies within 20 minutes of each of the business centres).  But equally as important was to increase engagement and loyalty among existing clients to reduce churn.  

Having used other marketing agencies with mixed results, CapitalSpace were initially cautious, so we agreed an initial trial to show them how we work, demonstrating not only the quality of our content, but also our efficient project management and client communications.
